Wow, how gleefully I rub my hands and await popcorn in hand some richly deserves layoffs in some cases!
Even if it’s deserved, don’t say anything bad about xrx female leaders or you’re a misogynist.
The ultimately goal has always been to close the Toronto office and replace it by a sales office, preferably Agency. That should give you a hint of where this company is headed in Canada.
No one below a C level is making these calls anymore. It’s about how much people are making and it’s not about performance. I lost 2 qualified people and the one who does nothing sticks around. Hands are tied and that’s ultimately why I left.
