Was in vpg for several years. Everyone bailed to nsg. Not a great place to work unless you’re in Poland .
Funny enough last Friday Pat's video mentioned some turf war with his direct reports, so it was RK and NS?
I am the one developer who do 90% of the work and all the others make PPT out of the project. So sick of the culture and get out of IAGS this month.
Only thing RK pushes out the door is slide decks... would not be surprised to see him out of that job willingly or unwillingly in the next six months as Pat turns over management.

IAGS team us very nsnagement heavy, with RK making a desperate attempt to pump $$ to get decent GPU out of the door end of the year. If that fails....IAGS is doomed. On top of this mismanagement st ELT level with NS buying Habana...foes not help Intel's GPU strategy. Only causes market confusion. In the end RK vs NS politics if not corrected by PG....will doom the GPU team.
IF new XE cant beat entry–level AMD / Nvidia GPU don't expect anything improve from there
intel latest GPU can’t beat 5 year old Nvidia. they will never catch up. larrabee all over.
one developer contributes 90% of the code, a couple others are notable, but the vast majority are useless. Doubt me? Consult the git log.
