Who was offered Voluntary Termination?

Seems like a good way to get out.

Its actually referred to as the “Special Separation Package,” at least in Legal. Not sure what the metrix HO used is, but it seems to be based on your perceived value as assessed by your immediate manager. The 9 box assessment. There has been a focus on this over the past few years and now it appears the time of reckoning has come. All those that were made the offer band E and F were all rated “expected...” it seems like “expected” is the new “inconsistent.” Very sad. I do not know who will be left to do the work or train the replacements.

I am not sure about the legal staff at band E and above, I just know many attorneys at that level were offered it.

Have any admins or paralegals in Legal Band E been offered VTO?

Yes I am band e but I’m not retirement eligible. I’m in my 30’s and only with the company for 3 years. Reviews have all been good. No clue why I was offered this or if I should take it.

I wasn't, but know some who were. You must be a band E and above and I think retirement eligible. You have until May 10th to decide. It's all hush hush.
