I'm a hard worker. I never before complained about the amount of work we're required to do but enough is enough. The goals are becoming so unattainable that I'm working so long each day I'm constantly forced to outsource the care of my kids so I can managed to get it done. That should not be happening. If the goal is to get me to quit so they can outsource my work, then it's working. I'm about done. If I have to choose between outsourcing my work and outsourcing the care of my children, I choose the former.

Zzzzzzzzzz same post, different day
They overload us with work and expect perfect files. Ridiculous.
The insanity and dysfunctional transformation that has been underway for years now truly sheds light on the poor leadership this once great company has. Losing employees that had loyalty and commitment will be the downfall of this process underway. Consumers will only put up with so much before moving on same with employees. The push for quantity over quality shows the no care attitude for policyholders and employees. Unreasonable demands piled on you and coworkers spotlights the ignorance of the decision makers in power. Poor planning is no excuse to destroy the workforce. Everyone should fight back and stop the abuse.
