Fighting for survival

The more the ship sinks, the more backstabbing, taking of other people's credit and brown nosing we see here on daily basis. I understand that some people want to keep their jobs here, but is the situation so desperate that they will fight to stay here in all the worst ways possible? It's become rare for someone here to try to keep a job in some other way, for example by working hard...

Well prk Fochtman and bch Motsinger are SVPs at stealing credit - promoting own people regardless of how weak they are. Wish they get fired fast! Incompetent as--s they are! 100% baggage filled with cr-p. Mosley thinks they are the ones coming up with new ideas. Reality is, they are feeding off ideas from their teams and in return, are doing nothing to nourish their orgs. PARASITES! And then u have John Morris who has lost his mojo and has been floating around like a zombie. Mark Re was soooo much better! Total NINCOMPOOPS!

Yes, I was a victim of back stab from my own boss. He did not listen to advice but when his boss ask, he put question to me and become my incompetence.

Back stabbing, brown nosing, credit harvesting is the Seagate way.Its encouraged. The better you are at it the higher up the ladder you will go.Its been like that for years,it definitely not a new thing. You have to be a special type of c.unt to possess all three of those attributes and Seagate has them in abundance.

We're in the upward part of the typical sawtooth pattern. There will be a shift in technology or an economic downturn which cause a 10% drop in shipments and a RIF.

We'll get about 8% of that over the next 3–5 years before the next shift hits, wash, rinse, repeat.

Well first off, the ship doesn't seem to be sinking right now. Regardless, the backstabbing, credit harvesting and brown nosing was alive in well during their best years.
