I fired my manager and executive team because the community building indoctrination was getting in the way of getting work done. Here's how my new manager address wokeness: The company has a bonus plan. If you work together and produce more, you make more money. I'm finding my co-workers are great people to work with, so I can't wait for the bonuses to come rolling in.
It drives me crazy when they say they are about building communities and building people while making significant revenue on hardware and software systems designed to destroy communities and ki-l people.
