I am among those who would not like to stay another day and I have already received some offers for the next job, but I know a man who would like to stay here for another 3 years because he needs that much to retire and therefore he is not looking for a new job.
When I first got a job here I wanted to stay my whole career here, but this is no longer the kind of company that people want to stay in after they get some experience with which they can move on.

If I had one or two years to retirement and I already was a DELL employee I would stay. Otherwise, I would have left as soon as I got the first job offer.
is there a point to this?
