The organization just keeps getting deeper and deeper! So many layers and not a good stable alignment! If you know somebody, you report to that person even if that means pushing other teams further down or creating an unbalanced org.
One thing to note, is that all top leadership looks alike and is based out of one of two locations. If you don’t fit the profile, expect to be laid–off and I didn’t!

Just wait a few weeks and another reorg will happen. Leadership is schitzo and keeps juggling. "We're making changes".
my leadership comes out of India and I'm in the US. Go figure.
