Does anybody know the questions for the timed portion of the assessment? Any clues or even the name of the test would be helpful.

Anyone know what those areas are that will have layoffs this year?
Yes, there are still areas slated for layoffs in 2021. Maybe not claims, but others.
People love to spread false rumors on this board. I don't understand why, or what joy it could possibly give you.
There is no assessment. There are no layoffs planned.
Nobody’s taking the assessment this year In claims . They fired too many adjusters and are now asking them to come back at half their previous salaries !
Who gets chosen for the assessment ? Is it across the board ?
If chosen to take the assessment, it will Include:
Adaptive Personality Test “ADEPT–15” ~20 min to complete
non–exempt through band D: “motionChallenge” measures planning capability ~6 min to complete
Bands E–H: “Adaptive Reasoning” measures cognitive ability & high potential
Skills being assessed:
Change agility
Analytical mindset
Culture of customer experience
Holistic problem solving
Systems thinking (only band E and above)
