Just because claims isn’t having layoffs doesn’t mean other departments aren’t. Legal is doing voluntary layoffs.
You obviously don't work for Allstate. We were just told in the claims meeting that no layoffs are planned for 2021, and Allstate is currently on a hiring binge because there are too few adjusters to do the work.
So where'd you get YOUR information from, besides your @ss?
No layoffs in claims this year . Too many people were fired or laid off that now they’re mass hiring .
I take it you didn't attend the townhall? Do you even work for Allstate?
