We work so hard every day, breaking our backs to get everything done in time despite being severely overworked and for what? So that the company can use us up, step all over us, and then dismiss us like we never existed. This is a truly shameful way to treat employees and it will come back to bite them in the a–s when those of us still here decide we've had enough and leave.

Breaking your back from your comfy desk chair in your climate controlled office or home? Give me a break. Go work an oil field for a while and then see how bad you think this is.
Labor Organization across the board all major insurance companies, time to fight back and stop the abuse this can only be done with large numbers of workers united for the cause.
Same can be said about the Allstate customer....
