All the direct Client Managers are looking for a new job. One top rep just quit and now it will be a ripple effect. The female GM runs the team almost like a dictatorship. The employees are all underpaid and are in search of higher income. Ciao Xerox....

Xerox direct sales is expanding their team and hiring more people.. the pay is phenomenal. Like any sales job you need to hit your target. Q1 results were amazing in Canada and I have heard they have really great female leaders in the company.
It's not just Xerox Canada. Look at GIS (now XBS) in the US. Look at all of the 3rd party companies they are buying in Europe.
They are moving to a dealer or partner model worldwide.

Xerox in Toronto is mainly temp contractors from India. The agency hired Managers who bully those migrants to work faster than a computer.
CDN Direct Sales, rainmakers or overhead xerox is glad you're leaving. The initiative is to push business to dealer channel and pass the critical savings onto the shareholders via that suh–weeeet dividend which is the only reason "someone" would buy xrx. Whenever topic of Canada comes up at higher levels the first question is, "Why the he77 is there so much headcount in Canada? They've got the same number of staff as UK and half the population!" What stops any serious action are the labor laws... You can't fire people in Canada without making big severance pay outs which is why the so many Boomers sleep so well and nothing ever changes.
But calm down 6ix! Don't be going all Jerry Maguire. Put those fish down and relax a bit maybe take a course or find a hobby a good lawyer and wait it out.

In order to have salespeople you need to have “sales”. Good for the rep leaving that dumpster., the rest should leave while it’s not too late – look at the Q1 numbers today. Time to go.
