I think it means greet the customer, offer an opinion on the items being purchased, lie about the state of the company and finally die right their on the floor because your a worthless bookseller lol. GOLD.

The average B&N "buyng" customer is a wealthy 80 year old. Most of our regular customers have either d––d off, don't work in the area any more or wised up and shop at Amazon.
I think everyone younger know that stupid Member Card is a waste of money. Even with the card discount, AMAZON is MUCH CHEAPER!
I have know idea how much long B&N can keep going. Gotta hand it to them, I thought this pandemic would've shut it all down.

Remember to email all receipt to save the company money. Even though the average consumer at this place is over 50 and don’t know what email is and will demand a receipt anyway.
