Has anyone experienced random reorganization’s?
I’m getting switched to another team and someone is taking my place..my manager also hired a new employee. No real explanation. Could this be a sign of me eventually being laid off? Anyone else experience this?

It was an accumulation of capital. we were all fungible. then they tempted the masses with CONsumerism, toys, debts, and hamsters on wheels. The government/corporation knew how to play us. And most enjoyed getting played while whistling the company theme musak
It was a merry go round. Same old complaints, problems ,issues, just new faces year after year after. Old wine in a new bottle. like the failed us empire
Of course there's REORGANIZATION. Happens all the time. This company has had very low ratings since 2013 maybe even longer. All the complaints from consumers just fall on def ears. Not even the Center for Medicaid and Medicare do anything about it. Most of the complaints are do to high cost medications, Prior Authorizations and Deductibles but then turns into bad customer service or leadership. It's a never ending cycle with re– ORGANIZATION .
tons of shuffling, reshuffling, reorganizations for these jokers. Really, how can anyone work there unless you have NO options. it's soul crushing making money from sick people
If you've been here over a month and not experienced a random reorg consider yourself lucky
I survived two reorgs in 24 mos only to get a lateral transfer then layoff two months later.
Not the greatest news for you. My Director hired someone to assist me with an insane workload. 4 months later my position was eliminated and at a later date a reorganization with another team occurred. Oh and I saw it coming and it was a relief for me. Also didn’t provide a lot of information on my project detail I maintained in a tracker. In fact didn’t provide the trackers since I was never asked for them. Worked the first week of my two week notice and decided enough is enough and turned in my computer and received my severance. I've seen a big reorg in customer service. At least 4 supervisors I know have taken demotions. Looks like a few departments have been cut with people being moved back to CS. Most people reporting to someone new. Unfortunately, I don't see more than emails that have come out and the org in the Hub. I'm definitely not going to contact anyone on Teams to find out.
Generally speaking SOMEBODY in that shuffle is going to get laid off or already has been. They do a lot of maneuvering to protect span of control etc.
Yes, absolutely that could be sign you're about to be laid off. A reorg is the favored explanation for cutting positions. Prepare, just in case. Good luck!
