How many VPs as well? Money is being wasted on people who are doing nothing when it should be invested to keep the talent that is necessary for this company to function. Sadly, those responsible for running Anthem don't seem to share that opinion. Major cuts in management could solve so many of our problems but I'm not holding my breath on it happening.

This company will be gone in a couple of years. Take a good look at this industry.
And departing on the department, some of them have really similar titles. VP of Basket Weaving. VP of Basket Decorating. VP of Basket Displaying. Just seems so redundant.
We build up and flatten upper management so many times, based on the CEO and their Hombres
After they rake in millions of dollars!!! Then the next crop comes in and does the same thing. I’ll work for a few years and move on for that pay ;)
The new VPs will ALL be gone in couple years ... HAHA
