Just got word that we are finally shutting down 4 of our archaic old massive sites and moving to one site with modern facilities and 70% remote workforce. Good. Saves a tonne of money and a more productive workforce.

The money they save on building space goes into not dropping staff. Simple stuff.
yep..and we are housing tons of h1–b here in the US working in their apartments. That should be the next expense cut.
We got the announcement this morning and we cant be happier. It's an outstanding step for the company and puts us right where talent will be.
