What's so enhanced from the old Premise Technician title from a few years, if you look at the pay $18–24/hr. Coming to a legacy Qwest Market very soon !!!! What a joke folks

Mr Minneapolis tech. Depending how far down you are on the toe list you maybe safe. Four have taken the VSP for sure maybe more. They all care about the customer more than numbers which is why they are leaving. Good luck for those of us who stay
I was flat asked if I would come back for $10hr less in one of those jobs. I told them they must be smoking crack, I hated the place at $34hr.
Yep, I I’m getting laid off with around 25 other guys from the Minneapolis Metro Area. And the company already said they are going to replace some of us with the premise technician title. Same exact work for $10 less and hour.supposedly the company is trialing it up here and when they get it fine tuned the rest of the country will get them as well.
I just saw on the Lumen website under job careers they are hiring “enhanced prem techs” in Minneapolis so there is a lot of truth to it
Network Technicians, Broadband Technicians will slowly be phased out. You can keep your job for 8 to 10 dollar pay cut. CWA Strong LOL.
It already started posting 2 months ago out in western states.
Enhanced = no more restriction on premise only work?
