I have to wonder if the endless drama created by the “leaders” of this corporation is driven by their incompetence or their intentional abuse of their employee base...
Endless..daily drama that takes the focus off high lying customers that they supposedly care about....
No, this daily BS does NOT take place at most other companies with a history of success....
This is what happens when you have mediocre leaders with a history of failure like the destruction of Sears...or companies that change direction immediately after they leave (looking at the a@@hole Shapiro).
This is not success. This is not “leadership.”
This is tripping into one bad decision after another....

Price. You can bet that it is being artificially inflated by corporate stock buybacks while stripping the corporation of any and all customer servicing tools...
Hoping for the retention numbers to totally crash at the next earnings call...assuming that this leadership team reports true numbers...:
