Whom did they offer VSO to?

Which band E employees (and above) are offered voluntary separation? What logic did they follow? Does anyone have more detailed insights?
I believe that most of those to whom it is offered will accept it. Unfortunately, I was not offered VSO although it would be the best thing that could've happened to me now in this ridiculous company.

So far all I hear are attorneys getting the offers. Been here almost 11 years Band E and no offer here.

I’m an attorney and have only been there under 3 years. I was offered this and am in my late 40’s. Wise to stay or go? I had assumed it was aimed at older attorneys who have been there forever but now I’m not sure.

seems like mostly legal (SCO) from what I am gathering on these posts. Likely trying to get the attorneys who have been there forever out.

I am band E at an SCO and was only offered 2 weeks of severance for each year of service. I have over 5 years in, but was not offered the 1 year severance for over 5 years of service. Seems we all are not being offered the same package at the SCO E band level.

I am band E at sco and was offered it. You can work through either august or October and then get 6 months severance for under 5 years of service or 12 months for over 6. You will also receive a prorated bonus in March of next year.
