I know stress is unavoidable at any workplace for various reasons, but there is such a thing as too much stress and Intel is a master in that department. Stressing over layoffs, unrealistic goals, whether your manager will have a good or bad day and will or won't take it out on you, internal politics and how they'll affect you...the list goes on and on. No wonder so many people I know (including me) are on Xanax.

OP can opted for lower pay and happier life
if you can't leave Intel, then you should not have complain
Someone give OP a pacifier.
Best advice I could give would be to separate the nonsense requests from the truly important ones, and concentrate on those. In retrospect, most of the stuff I fretted over wasn't worth the worry.
I roll each and every day with that med at intel. Only way to make it
Just because a doctor prescribed it doesn't mean it's good for you. Stay away from that.
OP, no job is worth your mental health and peace of mind.
Contrary to the fear and what people will tell you, there is life after/outside Intel, with less stress and often better pay.
Good Luck
Get a new job. It’s rather simple.
