With BP and Oxy changing their work schedules to be more flexible, can we expect something positive for us here at COP? I heard from a friend that they are getting 2 days WFH and still keep their 9/80. Wish our HR is that generous.

Maybe your executive leadership has some backbone that the other companies do not have.
