I really can't stand this company anymore. My supervisor is always there to minimize and devalue all employee merits. It would somehow be bearable if he was not inclined to exaggerate all the mistakes at the same time or what he thinks is wrong.
I'm sick of his micromanagment. I can’t believe he never tries to look at things from our perspective, nor to understand how it affects employees.

Problem is the OP is exactly right and Glen and Tom and the rest of the s––m at the top of this pile of sh/t company don’t get it as their souls have been sold.
