Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

It's sad reading all these posts

I come here to guage sentiments and morale. All the posts on this site are symptoms of:

  1. Poor & ineffective communication at many levels
  2. Failed leadership & EE engagement
  3. Failed relationship management
  4. A lack of mentoring and transparency
  5. A broken culture not focused on all of the above.

Charlie does not care about me. Charlie is mean to me. Charlie hurts my feeling. But I can’t stop thinking about him. I need him to care about me. I can’t leave him. I am needy and I am hurt

Oh you were here before Charlie started? Sorry to tell you this, but he only ultimately wants people hired after Nov 2019. Everyone else is tarnished by the scandals, no matter what part of Wells they worked in. Gosh that’s pretty sad for you. You keep plugging away though - I’m sure he knows you’re far superior to most.

I told my supervisor she is the worst manager I have ever had and an even worse excuse for a human being. And I'm still here. No need to hide.

Charlie said it’s time for lunch at the country club. Please stop trying to defend him to the employees he cares nothing about. They can see right through you and you’re embarrassing him.

Op there is a ton of victim hood on these boards.

I have been working at Wells for 15+ years and for the first time ever I feel like we are on the right track now

You are the broken record. “I love you, Charlie! You are perfect and everything you do is perfect ♥️♥️♥️ . I think it’s perfect that you are making $25,000,000/year while you get rid of all those overpaid employees making an outrageous $45,000 to $65,000/year. I think cold arrogant self-serving white elitist male executives are perfect!!! ! Oh and don’t have any financial industry experience or skill, but please please don’t lay me off. Please Charlie please don’t!!” Like a broken record.

Let’s not forget a self-serving CEO who’s only apparent strategy is to first enrich himself, then sell off WFC LOBs, lay off WFC employees, and send WFC US jobs overseas. Zero forward-movement in technology, processes, innovation, customer service, new products, etc. He’s setting us up for the big fail, and he’ll be long gone.

Quite the contrary. People can come out here, anonymously, and speak the truth without concerns about retribution. Because, unfortunately, there are people at WFC like Post ID: @aqu+1aqSKcuU who want to insist on everyone putting on a happy face and who call anything other than that “drama”. Toxic positivity and denial of reality is what has allowed all the problems to develop and continue at the bank.

@OP. You know that when people do not have to show their face when posting they can exaggerate and blow everything out of proportion right? Lots of drama here
