How many of y’all have completed the career connect training for the Performance Assessment process. I couldn’t help but crack up a bit at this line:

Just some lawyer mandated class to close a loop on an employee using lack of training in a rigged system to defend their position is how I took it.
Supervisor training was hilarious. Examples of what not to say were that because we fired so many people everyone dropped in the ranking. Even though this is exactly what is about to happen.
Whoops. I misspoke. That was actually a “supervisor responsibility”. I’m so cynical at this point I just assumed the answer to that question was “employee”.
