Mine’s a person who has practically zero experience with the work my group does. Actually, some of the new people in the group have zero experience and one told me he doesn’t even want to be here. Awesome! I’m SO MOTIVATED to keep doing extra work to compensate for idiotic staffing decisions like these!!!

Typical COP culture......placing people in leadership roles whom have no technical experience related to their job and the people they should be leading and developing.
Sounds like another unnecessary group.
