Why?
Working at a keyboard onsite versus working at a keyboard at home. Failing to see the difference, so why push for everyone to be in? Other than old school managers that prefer seat warmers just putting in their hours.

Ghost ship is a sad, but accurate observation. They seem like a spoiled workforce that doesn't want to work onsite. Meanwhile NRM people are showing up fully masked and having in room conferences.
