Has anyone noticed an uptick in employees out on STD? It seem like more and more employees are out for months at a time for mental health breaks? I have not been with the company that long to really have a baseline.

Can you prove there's an uptick and how much? FB group 400 people, 1% of all employees. Get back to work
This is why Allstate is outsourcing ... Tired of these drama queens and their "ptsd"... 10 ply soft
The increase in STD due to agonizing stress and anxiety brought on from the treatment of this company us most definitely real. There is a form of PTSD that certainly exists for this and it lasts while working with this company and it has stretched on long after leaving Allstate into other jobs. It really is quite serious.
We have a Facebook group with over 400 members dedicated to the stress and mental struggles brought on by Allstate. We give each other good support and fellowship. Anyone can join and show love and support for those suffering. Remember it continues for some time after setting yourself free from this hazardous company.
There are a host of reasons people go on STD. Don’t take your health for granted. Easier said than done. Seems like we struck a nerve with old tommy boy. Everyone in claims has a little PTSD. They don’t have to be disrespected. Problem is this company will say and do anything to get people to quit. They have no soul. Even in a pandemic.
PLEASE!! Give it a rest already . PTSD is for major issues. Not for "oh I'm so tired of being stuck in my house with my family." A bunch of whiners. You don't have the faintest idea what it's like to have REAL PTSD!!! Ask a soldier returning from Afghanistan! STFU GTFO! 🤬
Who cares?
Do people on STD for mental health issues share that kind of personal information with others? Or are you making assumptions and gossiping?
Well, there’s a pandemic, so people may be on STD due to health complications related to the pandemic.
