The last few times I spoke to some of my coworkers the same theme kept popping up - all of them mentioned they were in the process of looking for a new job. I haven't been that happy here myself but I don't feel like it's that bad that I need to leave ASAP. This got me wondering how many people feel this way? How many are currently looking?

Yes, the "woke" are taking over the future of the Gulfstream culture. The unconscious bias training = education is another phase of the HR Czarina's master plan at pushing the DEI narrative.
No careers, just expendable jobs. Meanwhile, get ready for the upcoming "unconscious bias" training.
Left a few years ago, and don’t regret it. I hear from people that are still there and they are miserable! GAC is not what it used to be and is certainly not what they claim to be.
I just left. I highly recommend it.
Doesn’t feel like the same place anymore, just not getting a good feeling about this place. I first came to GAC in 2012 and enjoyed the people I worked with but they are all gone now except 1 or 2. Nothing here anymore except suck ups and poor management, what a shame. Well guess I better get off here and finish working on my resume.
I was looking to get out the last couple of months, but when my director basically told me I had no options and have to take my boss' c––p, my job search is now in overdrive
I was part of the bloodletting last May. I can’t believe how many of my friends and former coworkers say that it’s just SOOO Terrible now. Since the RIF, they’ve had about a dozen who have bailed on their own accord. This would have never been thought of back in The Day. In twenty years we lost some to retirement and even a de–h or two, but I can only think of 3-4 who left on their own and two of them ended up coming back!!!
Of course im looking at leaving.
Just wait till mandatory 60s with a min of 8 on Sunday comes back.
Apparently, the VP of Engineer is putting this plan into action. 2 years as the VP and already gone?! Hmmmm
I literally just left. I didn’t realize how toxic GAC was until I entered my new company. Feels nice to be valued.
