Even Tawn Hall meetings have become miserable in this company. I wish I had missed this one and many of the previous ones. It just confirms once again that this is one ridiculous company with a lot of people who are not competent to be in the positions they are in.
The most important information is packaged so that it is not very clear and understandable and worst of all there is no real dialogue.

Missed it, I was too busy trying to make the new “CCC portal” work for hours. It didn’t, and I got no credit for 2 hours of ducking around. Then I filled out the “barometer survey” and gave all perfect scores so my manager doesn’t get dicked by Allstate. Dismal.
