who's brain child thought that a team of less than 10 can handle all groups in a region? sales and account management is now just sales which shows us all this company only cares about making promises to secure a new sale then pointing fingers at everyone else when the customer leaves uhc a year later. this corporation is designed to destroy the good and reward the bad but it's okay as long as the 28 different executive positions stay rich.

Provider Relations is the absolute toughest dept to try and survive. Mad props to anyone who suffers through that h–l.
Same situation in Provider Relations. Sales and AM were always a–e holes thinking they were the only ones with clients to please and stretched to the limits.
Seems like E&I is just now just understanding the strains the company places on employees.
