Welcome to the company of unrealistic goals. There is no creative strategy that helps you reach them. Supervisors set unrealistic goals in front of (almost) all employees, except themselves.
I would like to know how any of the superiors who think it is possible to do this much work would cope in my role or the role of my colleagues. That would be a spectacle!

Supervisors don't set our own goals. Our performance is based on our teams kpi's so if our team is not meeting....guess what? We aren't either! The majority of us feel like it's a S**** show too!

It’s almost 10PM. The workload is unbearable. Sad it’s come to this. CAT duty with no extra pay. I hope the folks that orchestrated this sh-t show can sleep at night. I will be up until midnight working then back at it at 7AM.
