The BTC attrition is absolutely true , for locals anyway. However, the count of expats coming into Bangalore continues to grow, most of which are first time supervisors and for the most part awful.
"lousy benefits" - you have no idea, go work for a company with actual lousy benefits (no pension, no retirement whatsoever, cr—y facilities, employer pays no portion of healthcare) and report back.
I thought the EM Raj had everything in control.
All of this is true and even worse at BTC, folks are leaving in big numbers

Is it just my GBU or generally most GBUs in EM work long hours? I am find myself constantly at work. I have to be "present" in the office during the day to work and take night calls almost every other day. It just feels like work and nothing but work all the time.
