A suggested process for implementing new metrics

Before new increased goals and metrics are applied and forced on the employees. All front line leaders and Division Managers should first have to meet the new metrics for at least 3 consecutive days before they are implemented. These people are over these teams and areas and are getting paid a lot more that the people they are forcing them in so they should have to live by example and meet the new metric goals themselves first.

To make it even more interesting any front line leaders and Division Managers that can't lose their jobs. Maybe that will make them not so quick to push unrealistic nonsense on us without consequences on them. And it will also show whether or not they are really qualified for their leadership positions.

I met my number yesterday but I worked about 11 hours. Didn't today. Only worked 9. Enough said.

This is a great idea. At the very least Allstate should provide some insight on how these metrics are determined. Employees should demand it.
