As soon as I started working in the CIC, I began to look for a way out. The job expectations are insane, and even though I was meeting them every month it felt like I was being put through the grinder and constantly worried if I could keep up. The whole experience was very dehumanizing and abusive. Not one of the people creating these metrics would last a week.
