For all those who hate Allstate: Geico is hiring right now in several markets. Other insurers are hiring as well but my understanding is that Geico is the coveted employer. So go ahead and leave. Join the better competitor. Leave those of us who still care about this place behind and free of your whining. We certainly won't miss you.

Having several old coworkers that went to GEICO they are paying more, but you get the beat down just like Allstate, if you really want to enjoy your work get out of insurance.
When they care about you, then that feeling can be reciprocal. Tom, Glenn, and any other brown nosed tool only care about the $ going in their pockets. The entire operation is on the verge of mental breakdown. Every day. And they... don’t... care.

You gotta know the difference between good and evil. Right and wrong. A good job and a stink h–e. Most people are only staying until they get a better job or until lay off. Whichever comes first. Transformative Growth of all kinds at Allstate. They have a theory .....you loose some new saplings when you weed out the old underbrush. Who cares they say. It all grows back. They DO NOT care about you, your family, you as a person, they are a bunch of bad actors and this is the only stage we have to complain. This place won’t positively transform unless TW and GS retire. They are money grabbers and want cheap cheap cheap labor any way any how they can get it. They love India and can’t wait to go back to be treated like kings ...have them entertain them, feed them the best curry, bow down and shower them with silks, gems and incense. Awwww yes, it feels so nice to care about Allstate. They do so much for the global community..... as they p::ss on the American workers.
OP is either Uncle Glenn bored between hatchet meetings or some arrogant overly self important tu-rd that will be "whining" more than anyone once they are told that Patel making $4 an hour is more worthy of their job than he or she is. We'll revisit things in about 4-6 months eh OP?
You still care about Allstate? Most of us did also until we were taken advantage of, $hit on, asked to complete the workload of multiple people, work 6 and 7 days to to try and keep up, work in an abusive environment with threat of termination or layoff around every corner, made to clean up impossible customer service issues that were created over poor leadership decisions, required to cheat and underpay claim settlements to policyholders, so much more can be listed. I'm glad you are pleased with Allstate and the direction you are headed. The whiners and complainers you refer to are just like you but refuse and defy the abusive behavior which has no place in the workplace. Good luck on your future career at Allstate they care not for the loyal employee
