LCS is a common affliction in today's corporate world:
Leaders encourage their people by saying you don't need to know anything, you just need to know who you can ask then pretend it's your idea. They compensate these type of people and punish those that have the courage to ask why. Sometimes I wonder if this is really the greatest mockery of the American intelligence!
Unfortunately, this plague is prevalent in most large companies.....some more than others.
