My rental will be up soon. I leave messages and the shop has tried doing the video inspection but no callback. Can a auto appraiser please go see my truck at the shop?

once you get this taken care of thru allstate, CANCEL all your allstate policies. Tell all of your friends and family to cancel their policies as well. It's only going to get worse, Allstate is shipping all of their jobs to India.

Go over to the shop and take pictures and ask them to tell
You what parts need replacement and then make sure cheap aftermarket parts are used on your 2021 car because we don’t approve anything else . Oh and wait 2 weeks for approval of half the things on your estimate . Rental reimbursement only so good luck getting half your money back too. We won’t call you or your shop because we’re too busy writing 10 other half a–e estimates to get our numbers in a 12 hour day.

Don't worry customer, we'll have our fine people in Pune India write a $300 estimate for $5000 worth of damages. But it's okay, the repair shop will submit 14 supplements until we can get it correct. And oh btw customer, we do not go out to inspect vehicles anymore. We have a virtual crapp, oh I'm sorry I mean virtual app to inspect vehicles now.
