I don't know what's your situation like, but I have never had less motivation for work. Creativity is at zero. I'm thinking, is this just a passing phase and is it just up to me to quit because I have nothing more to give to this company, or have you been facing the biggest drop in motivation ever lately?

There is life out there, and there are great companies that are investing in their products with real leadership
Been in jobs when I have felt like this, and it's not worth it, you are better than this - so get out while you have your sanity. Not every job or company will be right for any individual but when you are lacking motivation it's a sign to move on. I hope you find a company where you can be your real self and be happy
