Pay has been below the industry standard for a while now. Benefits have been getting slimmer and slimmer every year. Goals have become all but impossible to achieve. So what exactly is there to attract new employees with? Why would anybody join Allstate at this point?

Allstate auto club is worse than Allstate insurance...
Lots of money for absolutely nothing...
Yes, first in moving jobs overseas where they can work 65 plus hours a week for $5 hour. Oh, and laying off tenured workers and reposting their positions for $15-20 hour
They have a couple subsidiaries that are doing cool things (avail & arity), but even those are held back by the layers of process and bu—tthat Allstate inflicts.
Unfortunately with the way things are at Allstate now, the best insurance professionals are not going to want to be here. People will get jobs here because they are either desperate for work or don’t know how bad it is. I can’t speak for other departments but once they see how mismanaged the claims dept is, any adjuster worth their salt is going to leave ASAP. Allstate is a bad faith suit waiting to happen right now, don’t let them jeopardize your career.
Why does anyone wanna join? Desperation
The Wolf 🐺 thinks Allstate has aver competitive Motor Club Membership. Don’t worry about the fact that you have to wait on average 6 hours for a tow truck to service for your vehicle. Moreover, it’s not a big deal that the tow trucks prioritize AAA dispatch customers over Allstate clients because AAA pays them better. The Allstate membership has a very attractive shiny plastic card that looks nice in your wallet. Disregard the policy that AAA membership takes pride in the fact that they offer their clients a significant discount on their Auto Club Group home and auto insurance with a AAA membership.
Allstate customers love that get to talk to Customer service agents in Pune India while they are waiting for service.
