I’ve really had enough and it’s time to get out of here. I felt relief as soon as I made my decision. I am considering between two solid options for the next job and now it has occurred to me that there is nothing more this company could do to change my mind. Even if I was to be paid more for less work, get much better benefits and such. Maybe someone considering leaving would still stay if they made some changes?

LOL They can't manage all the real-estate they currently own!
They do seem to live in your head rent free though. Maybe you should move on?
