I haven’t heard of many cases of Allstate offering people their jobs back, but I’ve seen here that it happened in one unit. I don’t know how desperate someone would have to be to accept that offer or under what conditions they would accept it, but I’m sure there aren’t very many people who have come back here. Also, I’m not even sure that these individual cases are proof that Allstate realizes that they overdid it with layoffs and that they've cut way too many people.

Being someone who helps with hiring and interviewing in three different areas the vast majority of people applying for openings are former employees laid off in 2020. Like 80% of all applications I have gone through.
