With layers upon layers of middle managers, draconian IT security policy (such as the whole PEAP process), and use of outdated tooling really shows how castrated the company is when it comes to being able to get work done quickly and efficiently, and in such a way that keeps us at the bleeding edge of the industry...

One month to complete peap proces
PEAP is an IT security process for acquiring software tools.
The big problem, takes ages to get through and by the time acquisition is approved, the requested tool is obsolete or the potential use case is expired and in many cases, prospective customers or clients have moved on to a different company to fulfill their need.
What is wrong with PEAP process? I have been using it for years.

All that plus they seem to think moving most everything to India and leaving two arrogant no talent zero business acumen incompetent hacks in Tom and Glenn to run amok making over $20 million a year plus stocks and bonuses is going to put them at number two.
The dilusions and out of touch with reality of those two and management in this company is astonishing. How so many people can be so brainless and on board with the same ridiculous plan of utter failure is almost a talent in itself.
