This transformation plan has been very destructive across the board. They hired the wrong leadership to further sink market share even further. Why can’t the investors see through the BS.

Yawn... Same post different day. How about instead of complaining, you do something about it, like find a new job?
Until it starts hitting the bank account of the shareholders they will remain mum on all of it. Allstate is still at the point of pumping money into buying market share instead of fixing what is broken. With the free fall of customers leaving in mass thus will only last so long. The shareholders are fat and happy for now but as soon as it starts hitting their investment the vultures will call for Glenn and Tom's heads along with the heads of their Ivory Tower enabling gaggle of minions.
