Can Xerox legally madate all their employees to get a Covid vaccine? I know some people that have moral or ethical objections to the current vaccines being used.

I have moral and ethical objections to being around people who are so self-centered that they will not make small personal sacrifices to protect people around them, and put their own personal prejudices and fears ahead of the good of society as a whole.
Get the vaccine, or lock yourself in your home and keep away from the people who are actually doing whatever they can to end this pandemic. We don't want you anywhere near us.
Unless you have an actual valid medical reason to not take the vaccine (i.e., for a medical condition for which you are actively under treatment by one or more medical doctors), not getting the vaccine should rightfully make you a pariah. Try thinking about others, not just yourself.
While I agree you should take the vaccine for your own safety; u gotta wonder why the “leaders” of Xerox want people back to the office so badly, and if they do make the covid test mandatory - this would certainly make it easier for people to leave the company voluntarily, saves them a lot of money in severance! What awful awful company. Glad I left!
Yes, your job is at will employment, follow their mandates or they can let you go! Just get the damn vaccine!!
I’m not sure, at least under current law, that you’re required to disclose whether or not you got it. (But the likelihood is that being cagey would give you away anyway.)
But also the antivax c––p is really d––b, just get stuck, friend. Turn off whatever weird YouTube or Facebook video you’re watching.
No. They cannot legally force you to get the shot. Or fire you because you won't get it.
No and yes. If you refuse be PREPARED to be laid off. They want everyone back at the offices in person. Thanks to the Head of HR and CEO. Sorry but it's true.
No

Absolutely sleezy company. Makes me sick
How can a company push a non-fda approved, never-before-used-in-humans mRNA gene therapy onto people? I have choice. And i would leave in a heartbeat if it comes down to it. Not going to listen to these used car salesmen push some unknown dr-g down my throat.
Legally yes but must make exceptions for deeply held religious beliefs or a medical reason why you can’t. Will they? Who knows. If you don’t you may still be forced to go back to the office. I assume this is why people are asking this question overall. Thinking if they don’t get the vaccine they won’t have to go back to the office. I wouldn’t count on that as a firm strategy.
