Pay a huge premium for something you dont understand, get under the hood, pull wires, smash parts, drain the oil and then have a fire sale of piece parts. Then many of those piece parts go on to become successes outside of the ATT management. Same rodeo with the same type of cowboys who can't ride or lassow but like wearing the big hat.
