I know the answer to this one. All CST Techs only offered in PA. Nobody old enough to take it voluntarily. Supposedly they are looking for 50 percent of the workforce.

Not certain which tech titles, but offer was placed on table in Pennsylvania. Deadline was this past Friday and no word yet on who took what and the remainder of employees who will get laid off. Unclear if they are national or unionized work force .

CenturyLink/Lumen stock prices observed in the first week in April going back 7 years

2015 - 35.33
2016 - 32.20
2017 - 23.56
2018 - 16.43
2019 - 12.07
2020 - 9.51
2021 - 13.20

It would take a buttload of dividend proceeds to recoup the losses from a long term buy and hold position going back 7 years.

The Story got rich as hell through the years and this is how that company treats usually! Yeah, stay with this company as the future looks bright!
