Have others noticed all the antiemployee pro company posts on this board in last few months. I knew Allstate knew about this board home office was checking peoples linked in accounts and even tried a post on here which the board deleted.
They lie outright to employees saying reduction in force is based on a personality test and 2 years reviews, fire people who clearly were targeted because they were tenured and all that BS was smokescreen to protect from lawsuits.No? Then why did Allstate call those same people back and offer them positions if they will return to their job at fraction of former pay and return any severance.
Protected Concerted Activity. Bring out the good by showing support for organized labor.
