Wow. IBM is paying a retention bonus? Never imagined they would care if people left or stayed. Did anyone in the USA get this and can you share band/amount?

In Brazil, it is a retention bonus of 56k BRL (Around 10k USD), if you stay for 2 years at newco. Band 8
