The Wolf 🐺 thinks Transformative Growth is good for the sales management (SM) structure. SM needed an enema. It was a fat organization that had too many chiefs and not enough Indians. SM was a very corrupt organization. SM turned a blind eye to agents that were cheating. SM was a very smug group of people. They claimed to be “Leader of Leaders!” The only thing they could lead were crooked Agents that were s—ing up bonus dollars. The average of 36 field sales leaders (FSL) per agent was a joke! Moreover, giving those folks a company car was an expensive proposition. Now the structure is 100 agents per FSL. Moreover, it’s a virtual job with NO company car.
In the Wolf’s 🐺 opinion the cuts made in the back office and claims is a very bad thing. There are too many delays in writing new customers. Moreover, existing customers are being hurt by the inept claims.
The Wolf 🐺 is writing many dismayed Allstate customers away from the company. He likes the fact that TW has done nothing to address Allstate’s expensive auto and home products. He likes the fact that Porky 🐷 Glenn is doing nothing to fix pricing either. Moreover, Geico and Progressive are liking it also. These companies are eating Allstate alive.
Hands down better; many fewer losers.
Nope. Shapiro has completely F'ed up this company.
It's amazing how fast it has bottomed out.
I'm yet to hear one person say that.
