It is the annual ritual. The company takes all the negative feedback and gives the SRO the stick for poor leadership. Stop doing negative feedback.
Yeah we were told voluntary but SRO forced us all to take it.

Really they have done this the last two times also, just happen to happen when they hit the Northwest which is the last segment of the rounds, always start in Florida and work up and across in the same fashion by region.
I think the survey was intentional just too feed the the fire. Dont we have enough with whats going around? Its pathetic.
